One of our karate students, Mrs. Randie Moran, is also a yoga instructor.
She moved to Florida in 1998 and has a diverse personal
and professional background. She has always been interested in keeping fit
and in forms of exercise that challenge the mind as well as the body.
She started practicing yoga a few years ago as a way to rediscover balance
(and some personal time) amid the various aspects of life's demands as wife,
mother and teacher to two young boys.
She enjoys the versatility inherent in yoga and is very happy to share
her practice with others. She has trained to teach yoga to adults
and is currently working towards her RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification.
