Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons Classes
- For boys and girls ages 4-7.
- These half-hour classes are catered to the abilities and attention
span of these young children. Classes include basic martial arts techniques, fun
games, Tiger/Dragon flag sparring, self-defense, character development and rewarding
challenges.
- Our goal is to provide young children with the positive influence
of the martial arts. This specially created program is a total learning activity
that stresses education of values and character.
Beginner Classes
- For ages 8 to Adult.
- These one hour classes for beginners and lower ranking students offer a great introduction
to basic techniques that the WHOLE family can enjoy together. Classes include the World
Tang Soo Do Association martial arts curriculum, fun games, self-defense,
character development and rewarding challenges.
- Our goal is to help students learn patience, concentration,
humility, self-discipline, self-control, and respect. We intend to enhance the successful
lives of our students through both personal development and achievement.
Advanced Classes
- For ages 8 to Adult - Advanced Ranks.
- These hour and a half classes include the World Tang Soo Do Association
martial arts curriculum, self-defense, character development, advanced forms and techniques,
rolls and falls, rewarding challenges and more in-depth information on the history
of Tang Soo Do, Korean Terminology and application of techniques.
- Our goal is to promote an environment where students
can enjoy healthy activities for mind and body and encourage each other through
success and achievement.
Sparring Classes
- For ages 8 to adult, ranked white-stripe and higher.
- These classes teach specific sparring rules and techniques for no-contact and light-contact sparring
and provide training to excel in World Tang Soo Do Association tournaments.
- Our goal is to apply learned martial arts techniques in one-on-one sparring
situations and to develop better reflexes, control, timing and coordination.
